Therese Mary Kisner, 64, of Waterloo, died Wednesday, Aug. 6, at Monroe County Hospital, Albia, of natural causes.
She was born Feb. 17, 1939, in Fairbank, daughter of Paul and Josephine Ambrosy Zewiske. She married Robert Kisner Oct. 29, 1960, at St. Joseph Church, Waterloo.
Mrs. Kisner graduated from Immaculate Conception School in Fairbank and worked for Black Hawk County at both Country View and the county courthouse for 12 years, retiring in 2001.
Survived by: her husband, Bob; four sons, Rod (Patty) of Traer, LaVern of Des Moines, Paul of Oelwein and Tom (Cindy) of Waterloo; four grandchildren; two stepgrandchildren; a great-grandson; a brother, LaVern Zewiske of Fairbank; and a sister, Mardell (Bob) Crawford of Cedar Falls.
Preceded in death by: her parents; and a brother, Edwin.
Services: 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, Waterloo, with burial in Old Barclay Cemetery, rural Dunkerton. Friends may call from 3 to 8 p.m. today at Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on South Street, where there will be a 7 p.m. vigil, and also for an hour before services Tuesday at the church.
