Robert "Bob" Kisner Jr., 72, of Waterloo, died Saturday, Jan. 13, at Covenant Medical Center emergency room of natural causes.
He was born Nov. 16, 1934, in Minnesota, son of Robert and Hazel Fortune Kisner Sr. He married Therese M. Zewiske on Oct. 29, 1960, in Waterloo. She died Aug. 6, 2003.
Mr. Kisner worked for the city of Waterloo as a pump technician, retiring in 1997.
Survivors include: four sons, Rod (Patty) of Traer, Vern of Des Moines, and Paul (Tina) and Tom (Cindy), both of Waterloo; five grandchildren, Mandi, Brandy, Tiffany, Ashley and Cameron; three great-grandchildren, Zachery, Olivia and Jacob; special friend, Rhoda Wieneke of Waterloo; two brothers, Jack (Kathy) of Parker, Ariz., and Ray (Linda) of Litchfield, Minn.; and two sisters, Clair (Jack) VanBroecklin of Hazleton and Mary Doyle of Waterloo.
Preceded in death by: two brothers, Tom and Ronnie; and a sister, Gladys Ohrt.
Services: 11 a.m. Wednesday at Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on South Street, with burial in Old Barclay Cemetery. Public visitation from 3 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and for an hour before services Wednesday at the funeral home.

Bob loved fishing, camping, tinkering with motors and remodeling his boat. He was always up for a game of cards, telling jokes and playing pranks on friends and family. He loved watching NASCAR races and Court TV and enjoyed living a simple life.
