Howard Thomas Beierschmitt, resident of Quinlan, TX passed away on September 18, 2009, in Dallas. His Memorial Service will be Wednesday, September 23, 2 PM at Quinlan Funeral Home with Lance Eiland officiating. He is survived by his wife, Judy Beierschmitt; two sons, Tom Beierschmitt and wife Serena of Quinlan, and Eddie Beierschmitt and wife Betsy of Fort Sills, Oklahoma; three daughters, Cindy Simmons of Mexia, Susie Williamson and husband Johnny of Quinlan, and Luanne Aaron of Quinlan; two children, Kristin Beierschmitt of Quinlan, Sheldon Reyes of Quinlan; 18 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by parents, Ralph and Frances Beierschmitt; two brothers, Bob Beierschmitt and John Beierschmitt; and a grandson, Garrett Beierschmitt.

The Rev. Paul Steimel performed the 11 a.m. double ring ceremony today (Saturday, June 1) when Judy A. Kielsmeier, foster daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Vern Lillibridge, rural route two, Waverly, became the bride of Howard T. Beierschmitt. Mr. Beierschmitt is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Beierschmitt, rural route, 2, aFirbank.
Vows were exchanged at St. Mary's church in Waverly where the altar was appointed with daisies. Presiding at the organ was Mrs. Fitzpatrick.
Escorted to the front of the church by her foster father, the bride wore a gown of silk organza with venise lace medallions at the neckline and long sleeves. A train was attached at the shoulders of the gown. The bride's veil was of organza and her flowers were daisies.
Pam Yaw, friend of the bride, was maid of honor. She wore a yellow chiffon floor-length gown. Her flowers were daisies.
Kent Farran was the ring bearer and Robin Lee served as the flower girl. She wore a white nylon and lace gown.
Best man for his cousin was John Beierschmitt. Pat Beierschmitt, also a cousin, and Ray Sadler, friend of the bridegroom, were the ushers. The men wore black dress suits.
With her navy blue ensemble Mrs. Lillibridge wore navy accessories. Mrs. Beierschmitt wore matching accessories with her pink dress.
A dinner was served at Oberheu's following the ceremony. The wedding cake was in the
shape of a Bible.
For a trip to Wisconsin, the bride chose a navy blue and white ensemble. The newlyweds will live at rural route 2, Fairbank, after their trip.
The bridegroom is engaged in farming and is with CMC in Waterloo. He is also a member of the National Guard.
