Miss Keegan, William Hess Repeat Vows
Miss Colleen Mary Keegan, daughter of Mrs. Francis M. Keegan, 946 W. 8th St., and William M. Hess, 444 S. Willow Ave., son of Asa Hess, Denver, were married yesterday in the chapel of St. Joseph's Cathedral. Father Charles Duman witnessed the ceremony.
The bride, given by her brother, Kevin Keegan, wore a white Chantilly lace and nylon tulle over satin gown. Her fingertip veil was secured to a crown of lace and seed pearls and she carried roses.
Miss Judith Keegan, sister of the bride, was maid of honor. She wore a waltz length gown of yellow lace and yellow taffeta. Michael Keegan was best man.
A reception was held in the Knights of Columbus Hall. Norma Jean Fellows provided the background music. Mrs. E. W. Skaarhaug poured, Mrs. Don Lamis cut the cake and Miss Sally listed the guests.

WICHITA, Kan.
Colleen M. Hess, 63, formerly of Sioux Falls, died Thursday, June 8, 1995 in Wichita.
Colleen Keegan was born May 26, 1932, in Rock Valley, Iowa. She graduated from St. Joseph Cathedral.
She married William Hess in Sioux Falls. She worked at the business office at Lewis Drug Stores in Sioux Falls.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by one son, Steve; one daughter, Shannon; three brothers: Mike, Pat and Tom; and one sister, Judith Keegan.
Services and burial will be in Wichita.
Resthaven Mortuary and Cemetery in Wichita is in charge of the arrangements.
