Richard W. "Rick" Feltis, 49, Rapid City, died Wednesday, Sept. 1, 1999, at his home.

He is survived by two sons, Troy A. Feltis, of Ephrata. Pa., and Timothy A. Feltis, Langley Air Force Base, Va.; his father, Winfield Feltis, Sioux Falls, four brothers, Frank Feltis, Coggon, Iowa, Dana Feltis, Pierre, Randy Feltis, Brooklyn Center, Minn., and Scott Feltis, Sioux Falls.

Visitation will from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. today, with the family present from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., at Behrens Mortuary. Services will at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Sept 7, at the funeral home, with the Rev. Frank Feltis officiating. Burial will be at Black Hills National Cemetery near Sturgis, with military honors provided by the Sturgis Honor Guard.
