Lloyd B. Hunter, 66, of the 7800 block of Lisa Drive, a retired Navy chief petty officer, died Jan. 13, 1991, in Portsmouth.
Mr. Hunter, a native of Pearson, Wis., had retired after 24 years and served in World War II, Korea and Vietnam. He was a member of Fleet Reserve Branch 60 and Disabled American Veterans, Chapter 21.
Survivors include his wife, Lorraine R. Hunter; a daughter, Mary K. Hunter of Waldorf, Md.; two sisters, Jean Bodoh of Antigo, Wis., and Eileen Cline of Green Bay, Wis.; and a brother, Gary Hunter of Great Falls, Mont.
A Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 10:15 a.m. Thursday in St. Pius X Catholic Church by the Rev. Charles Saglio. Burial with military honors will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. A Fleet Reserve service will be at 7 p.m. Wednesday, a Christian wake service will be at 7:15 p.m., and friends may join the family until 9 p.m. in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel.
Memorial donations may be made to the church or to Disabled American Veterans.
