A memorial service for Lawrence Edward Busch, 69, will be 3:30 p.m. Saturday, March 8, 2014 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Bossier City, LA. There will be a short visitation following the service.

Lawrence was born February 17, 1945 in Burlington, WI to Walter and Agnes Busch and passed away March 6, 2014 in Shreveport, LA. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Air Force and retired as a Chief Master Sergeant after 30 years of service. He was manager of Fox Run Golf Course on Barksdale AFB for 15 years. A loving husband, father and grandfather, he enjoyed spending time with family and enjoyed golfing and fishing.

Lawrence is preceded in death by his parents; sister, Joan Golden; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Edward and Shirley LaBelle and sister-in-law, Mary LaBelle.

He is survived by his wife, Kathy LaBelle Busch of Bossier City, LA; son, Timothy Busch and wife, Tamara of Santa Fe, NM; daughters, Kerry Mason and husband James of Hampstead, NC, Jessica Bungard and husband David of Blanchard, LA; sister, Geralyne Chadwick and husband Chad of Burlington, WI; brothers, Dan Busch and wife Julie of Burlington, WI, Dave Busch of Lacrosse, WI; brother-in-law, Tom LaBelle and wife Mary of New Berlin, WI and grandchildren, Shelby, Justin, Nathan, Brianna and Blayne.
