Frances, the second youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. E. V. Krakofsky of this city, died last Friday morning at 7:15 o'clock after having been operated on the previous evening for an abscess and bowel trouble, it being the third operation she had undergone in nearly as many months. She was born in Waterford June 25, 1904, and came to Burlington with her parents in 1906 and has since lived here. At the time of her death she was pupil of Mary's parochial school. She leaves to mourn her loss father, mother, two sisters, Emily and Levina, and numerous other relatives.
The funeral was held on Monday morning at 9 o'clock from St. Mary's Catholic church, Rev. J. A. Van Treeck officiating, with interment in the cemetery here. The pallbearers and flower girls, who were schoolmates of the deceased, were as follows: Pall bearers, Misses Catherine Stang, Bothona Bienemann, Florence Pieters and Elizabeth Bernert. Flower girls, Misses Dorothy Stang, Cerilla DeGrave, Helen Brehm and Cornelia Plate.
