This is an application for a marriage license. Two things to note here: 1) there is no date listed for Raymond's divorce, and 2) he lists Detroit, MI as POB.

PART 2 - 20 MAY 1956
This is the marriage certificate for application in PART 1. Two things to note: 1) 20 MAY 1956 is more than 30 days from application date of 29 MAR 1956. 2) DOB for Raymond is listed as 6 APR 1897.

PART 3 - 15 NOV 1956
This is not something I've seen before, but it appears to be a waiver for the normal mandatory 3 day waiting period between application and issuance of a marriage license. Item of note: Raymond has listed a divorce that was issued in Oregon on 9 MAY 1956. That date falls between PART 1 and PART 2.

PART 4 - 15 NOV 1956
This is a marriage certificate from the waiver in PART 3. Note: Raymond's DOB is listed as 6 APR 1896.
