BURLINGTON
A 14-year-old Burlington boy died Monday afternoon after he collapsed during a freshman football squad practice session at Burlington High School.
Pronounced dead at Burlington Memorial Hospital was William Fait, son of Mr. and Mrs. L. E. Fait, Burlington.

Funeral services for Fait will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday from St. Mary's Catholic Church in Burlington. The body will be in state after 3 p.m. today.
Fait was born May 28, 1952, in Burlington, and was a graduate of St. Mary's Grade School.
Survivors in addition to his parents include four brothers, James, an all SEB Conference middle guard at St. Mary's High School in 1964; Robert, Thomas and Gary; two sisters, Kathleen and Joanne and his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. E. C. Fait, Burlington, and Mr. and Mrs. William Richter, Silver Lake.
