Frank A. Richter, youngest son of Alphons Richter, died Saturday evening of tuberculosis after an illness of a year and a half, aged 17 years and 11 months. The deceased leaves to mourn his loss a father, brother and two sisters. The funeral will be held Wednesday morning at St. Alphons' Catholic church in New Munster.
