Mrs. B. H. Richter Dies At Home in Wheatland
Mrs. B. H. Richter, 61, died Monday morning at her home in Wheatland.
Mrs. Richter, whose maiden name was Margaret E. Epping, was born March 20, 1883, in the town of Salem, Kenosha county, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Epping.
On Feb. 22, 1906, she became the bride of Ben H. Richter, the ceremony being performed at St. Alphonsus' Catholic church. New Munster. Mr. and Mrs. Richter always lived in that vicinity.
Surviving are her husband, and two sons, Leon of Burlington and Bert at home; two brothers, Henry Epping of Kenosha, Edmond Epping, Salem, and two sisters, Mrs. Frank Richter and Mrs. Kate Ketterhagen, both living near Burlington.
Funeral services will be held at 9:30 a. m. Thursday in St. Alphonsus' Catholic church, New Munster, with Rev. Joseph Michels, pastor. officiating. Burial will be in the St. Alphonsus' cemetery.
