Cecelia is survived by her son, Gary F. (Mitze) Felsinger of Sheboygan; granddaughters, Gay Lynn (Paul) Weaver of Mequon and Dawn D. (Dennis) Daigle and her great-grandson, Zachary of Sheboygan; her sisters, Nonie Strong of Shawano and Thelma Petty of Milwaukee; her brother, Carl Richter of Brillion; other relatives and friends. Cecelia was preceded in death by three sisters, Alice Flynn, Vivian Kirby and Jean Brooks; two brothers, Emory Richter and Barney Richter.
Visitation and funeral services will be held for family and friends beginning at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 29, at Ballhorn Funeral Chapels 1201 N. Eighth St., Sheboygan.
In lieu of flowers, Cecelia's family has requested that memorial donations be made to the Sunny Ridge Activities Department in her name.
Cecelia's family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to the staff of Sunny Ridge Nursing Homre for their wonderful care and kindness.
Cecelia is a legend for her time, always to be loved and remembered.
