Dennis A. Lokey, Salisbury, MD

Dennis A. Lokey, age 66, of Salisbury died Monday, December 29 at PRMC.

Born in Yakima, Washington, He was the son of the late Walter Lokey of Wilmington, DE and Ruth Garhardt and her husband, Ralph Garhardt, Sr. of Salisbury. He was also preceded in death by his daughter Brandi Lewis; sister, Sharon Breedlove; step brother, Gary Gerhardt and a brother Rick Lokey.

Dennis was a Vietnam Veteran of the United States Army; He enjoyed hunting, fishing and especially riding his Harley. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend.

He is survived by his wife Teresa Lokey; daughter, Nikki Palencher and her husband Chris all of Salisbury; son Dennis Lokey and his wife Melinda of Flower Mound, Texas; step daughter, Elizabeth Gillis; son-in-law, Brandon Gillis; 2 stepsons Justin Clark and his wife Stephanie and Taylor Clark all of Salisbury; 9 grandchildren, Simon, Jacob, Kayla, Rhett, Chase, Tristan, Braeden, Karli, and Devin; 2 brothers Mike Lokey and his wife Bunny of Princess Anne and Donnie Lokey of Salisbury and many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held, Monday, January 5, 2015 at Holloway Funeral Home in Salisbury at 6:00 PM, where family and friends may gather one hour prior to the service.
