Services for Florence R. Satterlee, 85, of 107 W. Lake St., will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home with burial in Wilson Cemetery at Independence.

She died at 7:10 p.m. Saturday at Parkview Gardens Care Center in Waterloo.

She was born Oct 26, 1897, at Nashua, daughter of Asa D. and Florence Durand Hall. She married Lyle C Satterlee Dec 30, 1913, at Fort Dodge, and he died in 1955.

Survivors include two sons, Kenneth I., of 4323 Clearview Drive and Robert I., of 1111 Byron Ave., Waterloo, a daughter, Mary Kemp of 107 W. Lake St. and 20 grandchildren, 48 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 p.m. Monday.
