Maxine L. Satterlee, 75, of 1111 Byron Ave., died Sunday, Sept. 13, at Allen Memorial Hospital of cancer.

She was born Dec. 15, 1922, in Waterloo, daughter of Henry and Matilda Mueller Pink. She married Robert L. Satterlee on July 15, 1941, in Maquoketa.

Mrs. Satterlee worked at Hinson Manufacturing Co.; at Firestone in California during World War II; and later at Woodlawn Convalescent Home.

Survived by: her husband; four daughters, Roberta Cronan, Becky Dumler, Nancy Satterlee and Betty Harris, all of Waterloo; three sons, Bob and Ron, both of Waterloo, and Dick of Cedar Falls; 14 grandchildren; and three great- grandchildren.

Preceded in death by: a grandson; and a brother, Robert Pink.

Memorial services: 2 p.m. Wednesday at Grace Lutheran Church, with burial in Fairview Cemetery. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Locke Funeral Home.

Memorials: may be directed to the church.
