Age 83. Passed away March 16, 1990, at her residence. Mrs. Wieners was born on December 8, 1906, in Burlington, to Ben and Anna (Nee: Busch) Ketterhagen. She was a lifelong resident of the Burlington area and a graduate of St. Mary's Grade School. She was married on April 15, 1931 to Fred H. Wieners, who preceded her in death on January 30, 1976. Following their marriage, they resided in Burlington where Mrs. Wieners was a housewife, a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and The Daughters of Isabella. She is survived by three sons, Mark (Betty) Wieners, Richard (Kathy) Wieners and Ronald Wieners, all of Burlington; daughter-in-law, Joan Wieners, of Grove City, Ohio; 16 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchildren; three sisters, Cordelia (William) May, Lorraine Warren, Alice Daniels, all of Burlington; five brothers, Roland (Clara) Ketterhagen of Union Grove, Ralph (Elizabeth) Ketterhagen, Cyril (Zita) Ketterhagen, Roman (Verena) Ketterhagen, James (Bernice) Ketterhagen, all of Burlington. She was preceded in death by her husband, a son, Paul, a daughter-in-law, Arlene, and a brother, Clarence. Funeral Services will take place at 10:30 a.m., on Monday, in St. Mary's Catholic Church, with the Rev. David Reith officiating. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery. Friends may call on Sunday (TODAY) from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the McCARTHY-KOENIG FUNERAL HOME, 101 E. State St., Burlington. There will be a Parish Vigil at 6:30 p.m. on Sunday.
