Age 33. Passed away Tuesday, June 29, 1976 as a result of an automobile accident on Hwy. W, Burlington. Mr. Stang was born in Milwaukee, Wis. on December 20, 1942 to Theodore Stang and Alvina Krakofsky. He spent his early life and was educated in St. Mary's Grade School and Burlington High School. On Dec. 20, 1969 in St. Clare Church, Wind Lake, Wis. he was united in marriage to the former Bonnie Olson. Following their marriage, they resided in New Munster for three years and then moved to Wind Lake. Mr. Stang was a self-employed Sheet Metal Man and a member of the Wind Lake Jaycees. He served in the U.S. Army from 1964 to 1966. Surviving are his wife, Bonnie; a daughter, Lori; his mother, Mrs. Alvina Stang of Milwaukee; in-laws: Mr. Gordon Olson and Mrs. Irene Becker of Waterford; one brother, James Stang of Tacoma, Washington; one sister, Mrs. Carl (Candance) Schultz of Milwaukee. Funeral Services will be held at the McCarthy-Koenig Funeral Home at 10 a.m. Friday morning, July 2. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Burlington. Friends may call after 6 p.m. this (Thursday) evening at the McCARTHY-KOENIG FUNERAL HOME, 101 E. State St., Burlington. Vigil Service will be at 8 p.m. this evening.
