Sharon Rae Wulf, age 46, 1724 Ponderosa, died at her home Sunday July 21st after a short battle with cancer.

Sharon was born on January 27, 1956 to Paul and Shirly Mae Beers of Howard, SD. On July 19, 1980, Sharon married Mark Wulf in Sioux Falls, SD.

Sharon graduated from Howard High School, attended Northern State College, and graduated from Southeast Technical Institute. Sharon has worked for the City of Sioux Falls for over 20 years, the last 11 years at the Sioux Falls Police Department.

Sharon was very involved in her three sons' sports activities, especially as statistician for all their teams. Sharon enjoyed taking photographs Of family events.

Sharon is survived by her loving husband, Mark, and three sons, Michael, Nicholas, and Justin; her mother, Shirley Mae Beers, of Howard, SD; five sisters, Deborah (Donald) Plahn, Jasper, MN, Patsy Ann (Bob) Stevenson, Jamestown, ND, Marcia (Michael) Whitney, Highland Ranch, CO, Mary Kay (Lynn) Neuhardt, Lakeside, CA and Adele Beers, Sioux Falls, SD; four brothers, Dennis, Kim and Terry Beers, Howard, SD, Mark (Lori) Beers, Sioux Falls; and many nieces, nephews, and close friends.

Funeral Mass will be held 11:00 am Thursday at Christ The King Catholic Church. Interment will be in St. Michael Cemetery. A Scripture service will begin at 7:00 pm Wednesday at the Church. The family will be present at the church to greet friends following the Scripture Service until 8:30 pm. Miller Funeral Home, Main Avenue location, is in charge of arrangements.
