Percy Keegan of Rock Valley and Miss Cecelia Whalen of Larchwood were united in marriage at the St. Mary's Catholic church in Larchwood, Ia. by Rev. Father H. A. Janse, on Saturday morning, May 22.

Percy Keegan
Percy F. Keegan, 82, of Sioux Falls died Saturday at his home.
He was born April 16, 1900, at Rock Valley, Iowa. He married Cecilia Whalen on May 22, 1937, at Larchwood, Iowa. The couple farmed in the Rock Valley area and moved to Sioux Falls in 1939. He was employed by John Morrell and Co., retiring in 1965. He was a life member of the Knights of Columbus.
Survivors include his wife; one daughter, Mrs. Dallas (Sharon) Denery, Saratoga, Calif; one brother, Clarence, Rock Valley; one sister, Mrs. Larry (Arlene) Rimmer, Waterloo, Iowa; a nephew, Kevin Keegan, Sioux Falls, and three grandchildren.
A funeral Mass will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at St. Joseph's Cathedral with burial at St. Michael Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 1 p.m. Monday at the Barnett-Lewis Funeral Home. A scripture service will be at 7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home, followed by a CDA rosary at 7:30 p.m. and a Knights of Columbus service at 8 p.m.
