BURLINGTON, Wis., Dec. 30.

 

Well Known Resident of City Expires After Illness of Several Months.

William Forge, well known resident of this city, died at his home here, 669 Pine street, this morning, after a long illness with stomach and nerve trouble.

Mr. Forge was born at Spring Prairie, on Dec. 4, 1876. He lived in that vicinity until his marriage to Margaret Rossmiller, of Burlington, on Oct. 21, 1902. After their marriage Mr. and Mrs. Forge lived at Rochester for 10 years, until they returned to Burlington five years ago, where they have since resided.

He is survived by a widow, three daughters, Gladys, Helen and Margaret, and one brother, Joseph Forge, the latter of Spring Prairie.

The funeral will be held on Tuesday morning, Jan. 2, at the St. Charles church.
