Joseph Buschinsky passed away at the home of his daughter Mrs. Anna Salz, 150 Argyle street yesterday afternoon death being due to paralysis and heart trouble from which the aged man had long suffered.
Deceased was born in Prussia, Germany, December 28, 1836. He is survived by his wife and eight children. He also leaves two sisters, Mrs. Henry Trebon of Fairbank and Mrs. Henry Koester of Barclay township. One daughter, Mrs. M. Stanislaus, died a year and a half ago.
Deceased was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic church and the funeral will be held from the church on Saturday morning at 9 o'clock conducted by Father Cooney. Deceased was an old soldier and entered the United States service, in 1861, serving through the Civil War. He was a member of Co. B. 24th regiment, Illinois volunteers, his enlistment being made at Bloomington.
