FRANK P. BERGER
Funeral services for Frank P. Berger, about 90, San Marino, Calif., were held May 28 at Santa Clara, Calif., with burial in the Santa Clara cemetery. A former Carroll resident, he died May 22 at San Marino.
Mr. Berger was an uncle of Mrs. Arnold Plahn, Mrs. George Marget, Mrs. Henry Wilkens, Dr. L. J. Wiedemeier and Carl Wille, all of Carroll.
For 15 years, Mr. Berger was district court deputy clerk at Sioux City, leaving there in 1948 and moving to San Francisco. The family lived in Carroll before moving to Sioux City. While living here he was a grand knight in the Charles Carroll Council, Knights of Columbus. He was also a member of the Knights of Columbus and Cathedral parish in Sioux City.
Surviving are his wife, Amelia; three sons, Paul Berger, San Marino; Leo Berger, near Chicago; and Francis Berger, San Marino. One daughter, Helen, died at San Francisco in 1950.

Funeral services for Frank P. Berger, about 90, San Marino, Cal., a former district court deputy clerk who died Tuesday in San Marino, will be at 11 a. m. Monday in a Santa Clara church. Burial will be in a Santa Clara cemetery.
Mr. Berger was a deputy clerk here for about 15 years. He left here in 1948 and went to San Francisco. He was a member here of Cathedral parish and the Knights of Columbus.
Survivors include the widow Amelia; three sons, Paul of San Marino, Leo of near Chicago and Farncis of San Marino.
A daughter Helen, of San Francisco, died in 1950 in San Francisco.
