Wagner Shirley M. age 91 of East Troy and Elkhorn, found peace on Saturday April 23 in Elkhorn surrounded by her family. She was born in Burlington to Thomas and Verna (Eddy) Busch on February 26, 1925. She attended St. Charles graduate school and Burlington High School. She was a cook and baker and was in the Women’s Army Core. She married Francis Wagner in 1944 in East Troy and they had many many happy years together. She was a member of the Boots and Saddle club, and the 4-H club. She was an active member at the First Congregational UCC Church in East Troy serving on boards and committees and sharing her cooking and baking skills there as well. She is survived by 2 sons Thomas (Barbara) Wagner of California, and James “Geno” Wagner of Elkhorn, numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Shirley was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a daughter Terrie Jo (Dennis), a son John (Lise), and 2 brothers Tomas and Robert.
