Age 79. Passed away Sunday, Jan. 26, 1975 at St. Mary's Hospital. Mr. Gutzman was born in Racine on Oct. 22, 1895 and had been a lifetime resident. He was united in marriage to the former Lillian Hoffman in Racine on Dec. 4, 1918. Mr. Gutzman served in the Army during WW I and was employed by Twin Disc for 32 years last working in 1960. He was a member of St. John Nepomuk Catholic Church, Legion Post 76, 40 et 8 Club, 20 Year Club at Twin Disc, WW I Barracks Club. Surviving are his wife, Lillian; one daughter, Lorraine Gutzman of Racine; one son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Robert (Rita) Gutzman of Racine; five grandchildren; one brother, Clarence Gutzman of Racine; one sister, Mable Stone of Blue Island. Ill.; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral Services will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday at the Strouf - Sheffield Funeral Home and 10 a.m. at St. John Nepomuk Catholic Church, the Rev. Joseph J. Macek will officiate. Interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Hwy 32. Friends may call today (Tuesday) from 6 to 9 p.m. at the STROUF - SHEFFIELD FUNERAL HOME, 1001 High St. Prayer service will be held at 7:45 p.m. and 40 et 8 Club services at 8 p.m. MEMORIALS may be directed to St. John Nepomuk Church.
