Age 92. Passed away June 18, 1973 at Mount Carmel Care Center, Burlington. Mr. Richter was born in Burlington Township on Aug. 15, 1880 and had been a lifetime resident. He was married to Rose Spieker on Jan. 12, 1906 in Burlington and she preceded him in death on Jan 25, 1969. He was a retired farmer; a member of St. Mary's Church, Burlington.

Surviving are one son and dauehter-in-law, Albert and Ann Richter of Burlington; three daughters, Mrs. Fred (Loretta) Vogt of Lyons, Wis., Sister Vivian Richter, St. Catherine's convent, Racine and Mrs. Robert (Lorraine) Daniels of Kansasville; daughter-in-law, Mrs. Elnora Richter of Burlington; 19 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Henry Nienhaus of Route 3, Burlington. He was also preceded in death by one son, Clarence; two brothers; three sisters.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, June 21, 10 a.m., in St. Mary's Catholic Church, Burlington. Msgr. Joseph J. Heim will officiate. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery. In state at the SCHUETTE, WERTH & DANIELS FUNERAL HOME, 157 So. Pine St.. Burlington, Wednesday after 4 p.m. Parish Vigil Wednesday evening at 8 oclock.
