Colette K. Zimmerman, 90, formerly of Kenosha, late of Merrill, died Wednesday (Jan. 13, 1999).
Born Aug. 17, 1908, in Calvary Station, she was the daughter of the late Otto and Agnes (Lefeber) Beau. She graduated from Good Council Academy in Mankato, Minn.
On Aug. 4, 1956, in Kenosha, she married Henry Zimmerman. He died March 21, 1984.
She was a secretary for the Kenosha Public Library and gave private music lessons in the Fond du Lac area.
She was a member of St. James Catholic Church in Kenosha and enjoyed traveling, music, photography and knitting.
Surviving are three sisters-in-law, Iva Beau of Wausau, Orleana Beau of Fond du Lac, and Dolly Kligora of Dodgeville.
She also was preceded in death by three brothers.
Waid Funeral Home, Merrill, is in charge of the arrangements.
ZIMMERMAN — Funeral services for the late Colette K. Zimmerman (Nee: Beau) formerly of Kenosha, who passed Wednesday, Jan. 13, 1999 will be held Friday, Jan. 15 at 8:30 A.M. at Bell Tower Residence Chapel with Rev. Edward Powell officiating. Entombment All Saints Cemetery, Kenosha. Visitation will be Friday, Jan. 15 from 8am to 8:30am at the Bell Tower Residence Chapel. Memorials may be given to Comfort Care and Hospice Program or Bell Tower Residence Chapel. Waid Funeral Home, Merrill, WI handled arrangements.
