Proctor, Jr.; parents, William H. & Catherine Wiggerman; step children, Carolyn Isom, Evelyn Williams, Don, Joe & John Proctor, III. Survived by children, William D., Mark D., Gary, Elwin & Jim Proctor, and Lela Peebles; grandchildren, Allison, Sydney & Ryan Proctor; and numerous other grandchildren & great grandchildren. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated Friday, May 25, 2012 at 9 a.m. at St. Matthew Catholic Church, 535 Sneed Road West, Franklin, TN. Interment Calvary Cemetery.
