Phillip H. Speigle, 66, died Monday in Richmond.

He was a self-employed painter and a Marine Corps veteran of the Korean War.

Survivors: his wife of 37 years, Regina Kramer Speigle; a son, Phillip Sutherland; a daughter, Jeannette Kelly; two brothers, William and Carlton Speigle; a sister, Trudy Gregson; and five grandchildren.

Preceded in death: a sister.

Services: 10 a.m. Friday, Reichard Funeral Home.

Burial: Marion National Cemetery, Marion.

Calling: 6-8 p.m. today, the funeral home.

Memorials: In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family.
