Cindy L. Manderfield, 57, of Reinbeck, died Friday, Aug. 15, at University of Iowa Hospitals Clinics, Iowa City.

She was born Dec. 25, 1950, in West Union, daughter of Doyle and Charlotte Walker Shepard. She married Duane Manderfield on July 7, 1972, in Fayette. He preceded her in death in October 2007.

She was a certified nursing assistant for nine years at Parkview Manor in Reinbeck.

Survived by: a son, Terry (Kelli) of Cedar Falls; two daughters, Tresa (Joe) Albrecht of Ackley and Tammy (Don) Jones of Traer; three grandchildren; a brother, Gary Shepard of Sumner; and a sister, Nancy Shepard of Fayette.

Preceded in death by: her parents.

Visitation: 4 to 7 p.m. today at Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home, Cedar Falls. Burial will be in Lima Cemetery, Fayette, at a later date.
