Kathy A. Kelly Rosauer age 58 of Prairie du Chien passed away Thursday, June 12, 2014 at the Gundersen Luterhan Medical Center in LaCrosse, WI following a brief illness. She was born May 14, 1956 in Wabasha, MN the daughter of Arthur and Marvel (Meyer) Wagner. She married James Kelly on May 27, 1972, who preceded her in death on March 26, 1992. She later married Bernard Rosauer on April 20, 2002. Bernie also preceded Kathy in death on April 14, 2010. She worked for the Opportunity Center for many years and most recently for Miniature Precision Components in Prairie du Chien. Kathy loved the outdoors and enjoyed camping and fishing. She is survived by her children, Becky (Craig Meyer) Kelly and Gregory (Suzanne Janssen) Kelly both of Prairie du Chien, Brian Kelly of Wichita, KS, her brothers, Tom Wolke of Waseca, MN, John (DeAnna) Wagner of Bridgeport, WI, Tim (Ruth) Wagner of Marquette, IA and Roy (Helen Zabel) Wallin of Prairie du Chien along with her grandchildren, Austin, Kristina and Leola. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband’s and a brother Jim “Mombo” Wagner.

Funeral services will be Monday, June 16, 2014 at 7:00 PM at the Garrity Funeral Home Chapel, Pastor Roger Wright officiating; with a private family interment later in the Evergreen Cemetery both in Prairie du Chien, WI. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday, June 16, 2014 from 5:00 PM until the time of services.
