In hospital on Thursday, March 1, 2018, in her 68th year. It is with great sadness that our Family announces the passing of our dear Lynda after a lengthy illness. Cherished daughter of Bernadette Belland Mears and the late Thomas Mears. Most beloved Mother of Robin Martel (Wayne Thomas) and adored "Grammy" of Liam and Olivia. Sister to Colleen Mears DeAngelis (late Roberto), Brother to Tom Mears and to the late John Mears. Sister to Ann Mears (Jonathon), and Sister to Margaret (Fred Young). No Service as per Lynda's request. Donations may be made to The Canada Cancer Society.
