GEORGE THERIAULT

George A. Theriault, 92, of Pt. Sanilac, formerly of Brighton, died Nov. 11 at Autumwood of Deckerville.

He was born April 25, 1902, in Orano, Maine, the son of George and Melissa (Cody) Theriault. He married Edith Greene in Old Town, Maine on Aug. 17, 1924, and she preceded him in death March 4, 1984.

Mr. Theriault was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church, Brighton, former member of the Brighton Senior Center, the Howell Elks and the American Society of Manufacturing Engineers.

Survivors include two sons, Gerald of Pt. Sanilac and Albert of Auburn; one brother, Julius of Flint; 13 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two grandsons.

A funeral mass was held Nov. 14 at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Brighton, Rev. Robert Irish officiating. Burial followed at Calvary Cemetery, Brighton. Memorial contributions may be made to the Bark Shanty Community Center, Pt. Sanilac and envelopes are available at Keehn Funeral Home, Brighton.
