MRS. MARY R. BURKE
NORMAN
Services will be held Monday at 9 a.m. in the St. Joseph Catholic church under the direction of Meyer and Meyer funeral home, for Mrs. Mary R. Burke, 76, who dies Saturday morning in her home in Norman after an extended illness.
Born March 21, 1876, in Galway, Ireland, Mrs. Burke came to the United States at 18 and moved in 1922 to Norman, where she has lived since.
Rev. Charles Conley, pastor of the St. Joseph church will officiate with burial in the St. Joseph cemetery.
She is survived by one daughter; Mrs. Winnefred Williams, Norman, and one son, Francis Burke, Chicago, Ill.
