Elmer J. Burke
Services for Elmer J. Burke, 70, of the Rolando District were Tuesday in Cypress View Mortuary. Entombment was in Cypress View Mausoleum. He died Saturday in a hospital.
Mr. Burke was born in Manett, Wash., and lived in the county 51 years. He was a buffer and polisher for 33 years at North Island Naval Air Station, and was a member of Masonic Lodge 561 and a patron of Eastern Star Chapter 212.
Survivors include a son, Terry of Lake Hughes, Calif.; a daughter, Linda Crone of San Diego; a sister, Eileen Peak of San Jose; and four grandchildren.
