Wednesday Funeral For Fairbank Man
Fairbank
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2:45 p.m. at the Fairbank Methodist church for Frank L. Aderman, 88, who died Monday about 4 a.m. at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Frank Durham. He had been ill two weeks and death was caused by pneumonia which developed after a fall. Rev. F.W. Cass will conduct the services and burial will be in the family lot in Fairbank cemetery.
Mr. Aderman was born in Lake Mills, Wis., son of Charles and Mary Aderman, Jan. 30, 1860 and came to Iowa with his parents when one year old, in 1861.
They lived on a farm in Black Hawk county, west of Fairbank, for some time. He was married to Dorcas Jane Elliott Feb. 8, 1882 and they lived on a farm in Buchanan county until he retired and moved to Fairbank in 1921.
He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Frank Durham and Emma Aderman, both of Fairbank; one brother, Henry Aderman, of near Oelwein; and one sister, Mrs. Marie Kolb, Portland, Ore.
