Research notes for Freda

Data for Freda is scarce. I fear the only way to get an exact DOB will be via death certificate... unless I get lucky and it's on the headstone (if there is a headstone).

In any event, here's what I've been able to find and how I found it...

Located Louis' obit. -- buried in Valhalla.
Called Valhalla and confirmed Freda is there and buried Aug 20, 1942.
Searched and found Freda's obit.
Located this article...

    Rock Valley Register - Nov 10, 1892
    Mr. and Mrs. Louis Plate are expected back from Chicago this week. They were called there by the illness of Mrs. Plate's mother, Mrs. Delp, who died last week.

Then found this...

Which confirmed (enough for me) the 1880 census record.
The 1870 record...well...I think it's her. Father, mother, and brother George all match. Further, a search on Thomas E Delp comes up short. Plus, the 1865 census shows 1 boy and 1 girl aged 0-10. I cannot explain it, but I think Thomas E Delp in the 1870 record is actually Freda M Delp.
