A quiet wedding took place at St. Mary's Catholic church in this city Wednesday morning when Miss Dora Schemmer became the bride of Al Plate. The wedding was performed in the presence of a few relatives and friends. Henry J. Heiderman attended the groom while Mrs. William Gill, a sister of the bride, attended her. They left Wednesday afternoon for a short honeymoon trip through Wisconsin and Illinois, and will return to this city tonight.
