Age 82. Passed away Jan. 25, 1969 at her home. Mrs. Richter was born in the Town of Burlington on March 14, 1886, to the late Mr. and Mrs. John Spieker and was educated in St. Mary's Catholic Schools in Burlington. In St. Mary's on Jan. 10, 1906, she was married to Theodore Richter. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Burlington and the Ladies Guild of the church.
Surviving are her husband, Theodore; two sons, Clarence and Albert Richter, Burlington; three daughters, Mrs. Fred (Loretta) Vogt, Burlington, Sister Mary Vivian O.P. (Evelyn) of Siena Center, Racine and Mrs. Robert (Lorraine) Daniels, Brighton, Wis.; six brothers, Joseph and Frank Spieker of Burlington, Wis.; John, Leo and Rudolph Spieker of Racine and Lawrence Spieker, Zefferville, Fla., two sisters, Mrs. Henry (Victoria) Uhlenhake and Mrs. Frank (Anna) May, Burlington; 20 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren. A sister, Mrs. Theresa Schirott, preceded her in death.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Jan. 28, 10 a.m. in St. Mary's Church, Burlington. Msgr. Joseph J. Heim officiating. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery. Friends may call at the SCHUETTE, WERTH & DANIELS FUNERAL, HOME, 157 S. Pine St., Burlington, this (Monday) afternoon after 3 oclock. Rosary Vigil will be held this evening at 8 oclock in funeral home.
