Age 55. Passed away Thursday, September 20, 1979, at St. Mary's Medical Center in Racine. Mrs. Ketterhagen was born in Burlington on May 5, 1924, to Henry and Tille (Richter) Nienhaus. She spent her early life in Wilmot and was educated at Bassett Grade School and Wilmot High School. On June 6, 1946 at Holy Name Church in Wilmot, she was united in marriage to Andrew Ketterhagen. Following their marriage they lived in Bassett. Mrs. Ketterhagen was a Housewife and a member of St. John's Church in Twin Lakes.
Surviving are her husband, Andrew; her parents, Henry and Tille Nienhaus of Burlington; three daughters and one son-in-law, Dr. Thomas (Jane) Richter of Holmen, Wis., Margaret of New Munster, and Ann at home; four, sons and two daughters-in-law, Dennis (Dawn) Ketterhagen of Bassett, Robert (Chris) Ketterhagen of Bassett, Mark Ketterhagen, and Paul Ketterhagen, both at home; two grandchildren; one brother, Leon Nienhaus of Rt. 5. Burlington; two sisters, Mrs. Stanley (Dorothy) Kerkman of Rt. 5. Burlington. and Mrs. Jack (Betty) Frawley of Whitewater.
Funeral services will be held this (Friday) evening, September 21, at 8:00 p.m. at St. John's Church, Twin Lakes. The Rev. George Nuedling will officiate. Interment will be at St. John's Cemetery, Twin Lakes, at 10:00 a.m. Saturday. Friends may call at the Church this evening from 6:00 p.m. until the time of Services.
