Isabelle A Busch, 71, passed away at Memorial Hospital of Burlington on Saturday, April 6, 2002.
She was born in Burlington, on June 25, 1930, to Roy and Margaret (nee: Clausen) Porter. She was a resident of Burlington her entire life. On September 2, 1950, at St. Charles Church in Burlington, she was united marriage to Donald Busch.
Isabelle graduated from Burlington High School. She was a Homemaker and was also employed as a Hostess at the Cottonpicker for over 15 years. She was a member of St. Charles Catholic Church in Burlington and was a member of the Hospital Auxiliary for 20 years. Isabelle loved to play bridge and enjoyed golfing.
Survivors include her husband, Donald Busch of Burlington; daughters, Barb (Bill) Holst of Burlington, Kris (Gary) Thole of Waterford, son, Mark (Becky) Busch of Lyons; six grandchildren, Terry and Tracy Holst, Kelly (Bryan) Harjes, Scott Thole, Deanna and Donny Busch. She was proceeded in death by her parents; Step-Mother, Esther Porter; Sister, Carol Porter; and Aunt, Mildred Cronin.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Charles Catholic Church, Burlington, on Tuesday, April 9, 2002, at 7:30 p.m. with the Rev. Jan Kieliszewski officiating. Interment will be at St. Charles Cemetery on Wednesday, April, 10, 2002 at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends may meet with the family at Schutte-Daniels Funeral Home on Tuesday from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. Memorials may be made to St. Charles School.
