Research notes for John

From BHS....
Rossmiller, George John (s/ George & Wilhelmina, nee Schwer) (b. 6/19/1880) (bptz. 6/20/1880) (Gerard)
SM Bap II-87 #25

Is this John Wm? I don't know. But for a long time I assumed this was him, but the date is puzzling. John William's records are not really in question. Nearly every document says 19JUN1879, so, the year is off by 1...not a big deal. But where is he in the 1880 census? Even if John was born in 1880 the census came to the house 10 days later...John should be there. This leads me to wonder if this is NOT John, but instead, another brother...but born on the SAME DAY one year later??

Like I said, puzzling...

EDIT 05 Jul 2020...
Ok. I have the actual baptism record. I am now quite sure John was born in 1880 and not 1879. All brother and sisters were baptized in St. Mary's. There are not any records in St. Mary's for any Rossmiller in Jun 1879. Plus, there's this...
