ROBERS, MRS. EUGENE (ELEANOR)

Age 55. Passed away Sunday, April 6, 1980, at Memorial Hospital in Burlington. Mrs. Robers was born on June 2, 1924 in Kenosha County to Sylvester and Leona (Richter) Epping. She was educated at St. Alphonsus Grade School, New Munster, and Wilmot High School. On February 4, 1948 in St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, New Munster, she was united in marriage to Eugene Robers. After their marriage they resided in Spring Grove, Ill., living in Silver Lake since 1966. Mrs. Robers was a housewife and a member of Holy Name Catholic Church, Wilmot.

Surviving are her husband, Eugene; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Sylvester Epping of Kenosha; five daughters and four sons-in-law, Lynne and John Bucci of Silver Lake, Karen and Rick Sarbacker of Twin Lakes, Wis., Ruth and Rion Klark, Mary Kay and Marsh Stoxen, and Miss Kathy Robers, all of Silver Lake; one son, Tom Robers of Silver Lake; four grandchildren; six sisters, Mrs. Elmer (Marge) Ketterhagen of Waterford, Mrs. Richard (Ester) Schmidt of Waunakee, Mrs. Roger (Romayne) Zeihen of Kenosha, Mrs. Edward (Lillian) Roberts of St. Louis, Missouri, Mrs. LeRoy (Judy) Schmidt of Milwaukee. Mrs. Mark (Barb) Wisnefski of Somers, Wis; four brothers, Charles Epping of Kenosha, Claude Epping of Salem, Wis., Norman Epping of Waunakee and Dale Epping of Kenosha; mother-in-law, Mrs. Frances Robers of Burlington.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 9, at Holy Name Catholic Church, Wilmot. The Rev. Mark Lyons will officiate. Interment be at Holy Name Cemetery. Friends may call after 4:00 p.m. this (Tuesday) evening at the McCARTHY-KOENIG FUNERAL HOME, E. State St., Burlington. A Vigil service will be held at 7:00 p.m. this evening.
