Age 86. Passed away Friday, February 14, 1986, at Memorial Hospital in Burlington. She was born in Wheatland Township, on January 2, 1900, to Henry and Frances (Kerkhoff) Lois. She was married on November 12, 1940 at St. Alphonus Church in New Munster, WI, to Frank M. Barbian, who preceded her in death on August 31, 1972. Following their marriage they lived on a farm in Powers Lake, retired to Burlington in 1954. She was a housewife and a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church. Surviving are one foster son, Richard Fellie of Wescoville, PA; one sister, Mrs. Paul (Marcella) Koenen of Burlington; nieces and nephews. She was preceded by four brothers and five sisters. Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 a.m., on Monday, February 17, at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Burlington, with Rev. Brian Holbus officiating. Interment will be at St. Mary's Cemetery. Friends may call from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m., this (SUNDAY) evening, at the MCCARTHY-KOENIG FUNERAL HOME, 101 E. State St., Burlington., with Rosary Services at 7:00 p.m. on Sunday.
