Age 73, passed away unexpectedly Monday, December 22, 1986, in Brillion. He was born May 17, 1913, the son of the late Ferdinand and Lamberdma Hause Richter. He married Ruth Krause, June 19, 1933, in Pound, Wisconsin. He was an employee of the Ariens Company for 35 years. Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Shelby and Kenneth Scharbarth, Rural Brillion; two grandsons: Craig and Brian Scharbarth; two great-grandchildren; Amber, and Andrew Scharbarth; six sisters; Celia Felsinger, Sheboygan; Mrs. William (Thelma) Petty, Jean Brooks, both of Milwaukee; Vivian Kirby, Brillion; Alice Flynn, and Mrs. Harry (Elnor) Strong, both of Suring; two brothers and sisters-in-law; Carl and Helen Richter, Brillion; C. Barney and Lillian Richter, Briggsville, Wisconsin. His wife preceded him in death in 1969. Private funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Wieting Funeral Home, Brillion.
