Mrs. Mary Busch, 87, Route 3, Burlington, died Friday at Mount Carmel Care Center, Burlington.
Born in Jordan, Minn. on Oct. 2, 1890, she was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Nicholas (Mary) Collings. She spent her early life in Marystown, Minn., and moved from Brighton to Burlington in 1958.
On Oct. 18, 1911 at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church in New Munster, she married Edward J. Busch. He died on April 4, 1953.
She was a housewife and a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, Burlington, the Christian Mothers Society, Brighton, and Women's Catholic Order of Foresters.
Surviving are five sons, Walter, Lee, Raymond and Donald, all of Burlington, and Victor, Kenosha; a daughter, Mrs. Ray (Clara) Brever, Kenosha; 21 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Mrs. Monica Janda, Minnesota.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Lillian, and five brothers and four sisters.
BUSCH—Funeral services for the late Mrs. Mary Busch, of Rt. 3 Burlington, Wis., who passed away March 31st, will be held on Monday, April 3rd at 11 A.M. from Mary's Catholic Church, Burlington. Rt. Rev. Msgr. Leonard Busch & Rev. David Reith officating. Interment in St. Francis Xavier Cemetery, Brighton, Wis. Friends may call at the McCarthy Koenig Funeral Home 101 E. State St. Burlington after 4 P.M. on Sunday. Rosary services at 8 P.M. Sunday.
