MRS. CHRISTINA RENZ.
Mrs. Christina Renz, 80, mother of H. A. Renz, 2711 Fourth street east, assistant postmaster of Waterloo, died Wednesday at 10:30 a. m. at her farm home three miles east of Dunkerton of a complication of diseases.
Christina Tribon, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Tribon, was born at Lake Mills, Wis., Nov. 5, 1854. She came to Iowa with her parents as a small girl, the family living near Dunkerton. She was married to Michael Renz, who died Aug. 4, 1897, at Dunkerton.
Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Claude Lamb, Dunkerton, and three sons, Vernon and John Renz, Dunkerton, and H. A. Renz, Waterloo. Seven grandchildren and one great grandchild also survive. A daughter, Mrs. Louie Jacoby, died March 20 in Waterloo.
The body was taken to the O'Keefe & Towne funeral home.
