Services Friday For Mrs. Mary C. Lampright, 82

Mrs. Mary C. Lampright, age 82, died at the home of her son, H. E. Lampright, Wednesday morning of a heart ailment. Mrs. Lampright had been in good health until six months ago. She then went to the home of her son.

Mary C. Lampright was born in Black Hawk county in 1867 and came to Algona in 1898 where she had since made her home. She was a sister to the late Dr. F. L. Tribon, pioneer resident of Algona.

Funeral services will be Friday, December 23rd, at the Hamilton Funeral Home in charge of Rev. O. W. Brand, with burial in Riverview cemetery.

The deceased is survived by one son, H. E. Lampright, two grandsons, William and Robert Lampright, two brothers, A. L. Tribon, of Independence, and Joseph Tribon, of Sumner, Iowa.

This is supported by sister-in-law's obit (husband, doctor, and sister of Mary had to leave on wedding night to deliver his sister's baby). This would put the birth of 1st child late May, 1898. -- no records found yet

Kossuth County Advance - May 3, 1916
In C. E. vs. Mary Lampright an order was issued on defendant's application, restraining plaintiff from disturbing her on her premises. Defendant has filed a cross-petition asking for a divorce on her own account, and alleging cruelty as grounds therefor.

Algona Courier - May 4, 1916
In the case of C. E. Lampright vs Mary C. Lampright for divorce the case was continued and the plaintiff ordered to contribute $15 a month to defendant for temporary almony.
